RETURN POLICY

The following policies last for a period of 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

We refund only under limited conditions as detailed below:

  • Refunds are given only in the event that an error is made by KidSafe Smart Watches in the shipping of your purchase. If we send you the incorrect product, you will be offered the choice to return the received product (at our cost) for replacement or receive a full refund on the specific products (and prorata shipping costs) that were ordered and we incorrectly shipped.
  • We do not refund for change of mind. All products are sold with detailed descriptions and are sold as is. If the product arrives and you decide you do not want or need the product, we cannot offer a refund.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If, upon arrival, the product is not in working order, the product may be returned to us for exchange only.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in its original condition.
  • All returns will be fully tested by the manufacturer and:
    • If found to be faulty, we will replace the item free of charge.
    • If found to be in working order, the product will be returned to you at your cost.

Non-returnable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUND OR RETURN REQUESTS

Refunds (if applicable)

Once accepted, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To apply for an exchange (only under above policy circumstances), please contact us at info@kidsafesmartwatches.com.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your replacement product will be shipped.

If you are declined, you will be required to pay necessary shipping items before you item will be returned to you.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
